TÜV SÜD Nederland is accredited as Inspection Body Type A according to ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and as Certification Body according to ISO/IEC 17065:2012.
As a full-service provider TÜV SÜD Nederland offers NoBo, AsBo, DeBo and ISA services.
TÜV SÜD Nederland acts as:

• Notified Body (NoBo) No. 0941 according to the EU Directive 2008/57/EC

Certification of interoperability constituents and subsystems across the Railway System areas.

• Assessment Body (AsBo) recognised in the Netherlands EIN No. NL/36/0015/0003 and Organisme d’Évaluation recognised in Luxemburg according to the Regulation 402/2013/EU and 2015/1136/EU.

The assessment body activities are addressed to the infrastructure managers, the manufacturers and the suppliers of the railway industry and the railway operating companies

• Designated Body (DeBo) in the Netherlands, in Luxembourg and in Germany

Assessment and certification of components and systems across all areas in the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

• Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) according to the European standards

Independent safety assessments range from generic products through subsystems and generic applications to complex railway systems and specific applications.
