Multitel is supporting Atkins in setting up the quality system of their EVC, RBC and ESC test laboratory

As part of the Network Rail contract, Multitel is supporting Atkins in setting up the quality system of their EVC, RBC and ESC test laboratory in the perspective of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard accreditation for these tests.

During 3 days in March, the Multitel test laboratory and quality Managers went through all the documents and records related to the tests in the Atkins laboratory to ensure the proper application of the quality documents and the good practice of the procedures. This evaluation made it possible to remove uncertainties and identify potential non-conformities, which will allow, after adaptations, the Atkins team more serenity during their first audit by UKAS (British accreditation body) scheduled for April.
